Please fill out the form with information regarding items you wish to return to us. If you are returning a part due to a suspected defect, please read the information below that explains our process for accepting parts returned as defective. We only accept returns for refunds, we do not replace/exchange parts for any reason. If you would like a replacement, you may purchase a replacement online at any time, knowing that you will be receiving a refund for this part once it is received.
Once your form is submitted, we will reply to the email provided with RMA & shipping information.
DEFECTIVE PARTS: our parts are tested prior to shipment - if you are returning a part that you believe is defective, we will gladly accept the return for it & pay the return shipping costs. The part will be re-tested once received & a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the part is found to be in working condition; meaning that there has been an installation error on your part.
