Our parts are tested & inspected prior to shipment - if you are returning a part that you believe is defective, we will gladly accept the return for it & pay the return shipping costs. The part will be re-tested once received & a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the part is found to be in working condition; meaning that there has been an installation error on your part.

To submit a request for RMA, please log in to your account and use our new My Returns option located in the My Account section of the website (on the left hand side). If you need to process a return for a part purchased somewhere other than our website, please use the return option for that particular website. If you did not create an account during your purchase process, please contact us at Support@GroupVertical.com for instructions on how to obtain RMA information.
